Setting Trusses

Trusses were set and braced

While we had the crane we took down the old steeple. The new steeple is on its way

The weather looks good this week!

The walls were blocked and braced in preparation for setting trusses tomorrow. The existing shingles had to be removed to allow for the tie in walls and over build.

Framing should begin tomorrow and there is no rain in sight!

Slab, curbs and lumber!

The slab is now poured!

The lumber was delivered today along with the roof trusses.

The curbs at the new parking lot were poured.

Building slab prep and steel reinforcing

The termite treatment was applied, 10 mil plastic installed, and #4 rebar at 18" centers each way tied in preparation for tomorrows pour.

There is a 50% chance of rain on Sunday. Luckily all grade beams have been poured.

The parking lot has been graveled and compacted and is ready for curbs which are coming Monday.

The building pad has been leveled and compacted. Forming and gravel has begun.
