Asphalt
Greenbaum was here doing the appropriate testing as the asphalt was laid. All tests passed and there were no concerns about any aspect of the asphalt.
This is the area that we proposed fixing while we have equipment onsite. This was an old utility ditch that had sunken over the years. Craig and Ray approved this and asked it to be included in the job as a change order. McClure will not be responsible should this area continue to settle as we simply filled in the low spot as opposed to excavate and re-compact. I don't believe it will sink anymore anyway.
Asphalt is complete. The only thing left is to seal the existing lot. Ideally this would be done at the end of the project. The sealer plants close down at the end of October until Spring. We are still deciding whether or not to go ahead and seal within a couple weeks or to wait and return in March or April.

Sewer is hooked up
The sewer was air tested and hooked to the building. The Hoe Ramming ended last friday and from then until now it was straight digging. One more utility is finished.
Tile is underway. The font has been prepped with the appropriate waterproofing and will be tiled soon.
